MEET AT: 6.00 pm. - MASSEUBE Please be on time (or earlier if you like), so we can start promptly and finish trail in daylight … HARE: PISSOLES DIRECTIONS: On D929 (Auch-Lannemezan), at SUPER U roundabout, north of Masseube, take the direction Lourties-Monbrun. The house, Soulan de Labat, is ¾ mile on the left. Please enter SECOND gateway. The trail will be the 2nd shortest the hare has ever set (honest!) The ‘run’ will be followed by traditional Circle and essential AGPU matters (see below), barbecue, bonfire & wireferks (weather permitting!). The Hash will provide sausages and chicken legs, beer, wine & softs. Please bring a salad and/or pudding to share. If you haven’t already confirmed, please do so, to ensure adequate supplies The most important item on the AGPU agenda is the election of HARE RAISER. WHO WILL OFFER to find one HARE per MONTH? WHERE? Cauhape - Close to the southern end of D17 (L’Isle-Jourdain – Lannemezin) DIRECTIONS: At Blajan, turn left onto D233, direction St. Plancard. (P not B) “..The D39 from St Plancard to Le Cuing you will see a sign for Cauhape. You want the 1st left hand turn after the sign for Cauhape. We will mark it HHH. Follow the road round to the left. We will lay a trail for you from the main road for you to follow. FRUIT MACHINE didn’t fall over: AIRHEAD’s barbecue expertise; we all over-ate & over-drank After HashNosh we ran trail #2, as if we hadn’t had enough! LOWLIGHTS : Numerous polite apologies, but exceeded by numbers of Hashers not bothering to respond! Drama at Chateau Orbessan, where CARLCOBB, TEN-SIXTYSIX & KAREN, ready to depart for the HHHash, were trapped behind the Shatto gate, as vehicles parked for village fete blocked their exit! If you want any special poison, e.g. wine, please bring your own DIRECTIONS: FROM THE NORTH: D929 (Auch-Lannemezan) turn left in the centre of Masseube (D27), take 1st turning right (signposted St, Blancard & “Golf”). Follow St, Blancard signs – after 2 km. take the right fork (“Golf” sign) through Ecole St. Christophe, then 1km on your right is the Golf Club house. FROM THE SOUTH: Hashers approaching from the south on D929 (Lannemezan-Auch) can turn right (D128) in the centre of Panassac, drive 0.5 km, take 2nd left then left again from where a minor road leads along the foot of the ridge for 2 km. – the club house is on your left (marked Puntous on the 1:25,000 map).
