DIRECTIONS:
- FROM THE NORTH: D929 (Auch-Lannemezan) turn left in the centre of Masseube (D27), take 1st turning right (signposted St. Blancard & “Golf”). After 2km, take the right fork (“Golf” sign) through Ecole St. Christophe, then 1km on your right is the Golf Club House.
- FROM THE SOUTH: Hashers approaching from the South on D929 (Lannemezan-Auch) can turn right (D128) in the centre of Panassac, drive 0.5km, take 2nd left then left again from where a minor road leads along the foot of the ridge for 2km – the club house is on your left (marked ‘Puntous’ on the 1:25,000 map) If you can’t read a map, pitch up chez PISSOLES by 2.00pm and we’ll take you there

Sunday 13th September 2015 at Boudrac;
Hares – AMNESIA and MIMI NUTNUT
6 dogs and 12 Hashers (although some weren’t) turned up for the usual late start! (Ps: does anyone have the late-comers watches?).
A very lovely Hash through the beautiful, green and rolling hills and woodlands of Hautes Pyrenees – including a section through a particularly lovely hazelnut farm (HEDGEHOCK gave the nuts his seal of approval – or was it his nuts the seal of approval?) Special mention for AMNESIA for high quality markings – we even enjoyed an ‘ON IN’ which hasn’t been seen for a while!
We were Hash-Halted next to an idyllic, river (apart from a spot of drizzle), which was very much enjoyed by the pack of hounds, who as FRB’s were there about 30 mins. before everyone else. All was perfect – babbling water, beer, nibbles, smiling happy people… until we found out that we had to cross the bridgeless wetness in front of us – aaaaahhh! Not to worry, we held an impromptu Committee Meeting, and then shared wellingtons, bravado and the heroic HEDGEHOCK got us all safely across – although a few folk had wet feet. And ankles. And dogs.
Very many misdemeanours were committed which were duly highlighted during the circle… FRB (MIMI NUT NUT + dogs); Pointing (everyone); Not using Hash names (everyone); Shortcutting (own up); Stealing Nuts (HEDGEHOCK); Longest phone call ever (SHEEPSHAGGER); A pregnant Virgin ….. the list goes on. MIMI NUT NUT set a new world record for 27 offences (it was actually more, but we couldn’t count that high) and was appropriately awarded ‘The Hole of Shame’, proudly declaring “I don’t care, I’m not shameful!” – see visual evidence below!
Dinner was provided by AMNESIA, but this section needs another report as author had to leave, but is 100% certain it was delicious.

HARE: CAPTAIN SENSIBLE
Lowlights: Low turnout, but the Elite pitched up; Upon arrival (late), AMNESIA screamed: “ I hate you! ” .. from her car window. The rest of us just shrugged and asked each other: “Does she mean you?” Someone (it may have been PISSOLES) had forgotten to put a giant white H at the turn-off, causing AMNESIA to drive straight past several times ….
Highlights: Great trail in a peaceful forest; CAP’N SENSIBLE didn’t lose himself (or us); CAP’N SENSIBLE’s car didn’t fall down a hole: CAP’N SENSIBLE didn’t need to hire a tractor to rescue his car from a hole; AMNESIA drank lots of beer and stopped yelling: “I hate you”; there were no nettles, brambles or thistles, so SCRATCHY didn’t get scratched; FRUIT MACHINE drank lots of beer ‘cos she wasn’t driving; CAP’N SENSIBLE drank lots of beer ‘cos he was; FRUIT MACHINE sold another T-shirt;
Misdemeanours: SCRATCHY tried to sell Amnesia’s old car to PISSOLES, but the new one had not yet been delivered!; AMNESIA, living up to her name, won the Hole of Shame, again, for forgetting to bring it. She was definitely having a bad day.
